Multiple buyers went head-to-head for both properties today, driving strong competition. No sale just yet—but we’re perilously close. So much so that we let that auction run a little longer than usual.. ok perhaps a record breaking longer than usual. 51 minutes of serious negotiations and man was it close.
Huge thanks to our team and auctioneer for their hard work, we know the buyer wants it and we know the vendor wants it gone. They each know what will close the gap and with such a small gap it is going to happen very very soon.
