Starting out in Ponsonby—one of New Zealand’s most competitive real estate arenas—Sam quickly proved himself. In his very first year he sold over $15 million worth of property, including setting a record $4.35 million sale in Ponsonby. His ability to pair sharp selling skills with outstanding client service set him apart early.
Over more than a decade, Sam has gone on to achieve record results and take on leadership roles within the industry. Along the way, he has built a reputation for intuitive listening, clear communication, and ensuring clients always have the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions.
